This is how we approach each day, striving to make products and processes better for our customers and businesses more successful. DSaF represents a unique corporate culture characterized by personality and ideas, creativity, and vibrant teamwork. Service agents, project managers, and developers work hand in hand with us. A multitude of projects and satisfied customers inspire us. For 20 years, we have specialized not only in digital customer communication but above all in one thing: teamwork for your success.
With approximately 250 employees at our two locations in Münster and Essen, we cover all areas of digital customer service and serve well-known companies throughout Germany. By intentionally maintaining a distance of just under 90 kilometers between the two locations, we also ensure a consistent sense of belonging for all employees across locations.
Since 1999, our headquarters with around 250 employees has been located in Münster. In addition to the existing first-level units, it houses comprehensive specialized teams, including back office, social media, last level, as well as executive complaints and escalation management. Here, our internal programmers also develop AI service systems and chatbots that provide automated assistance to our customers in various inquiries.
After 20 successful years in Münster, we expanded to the Ruhr region in May 2019. Our second location in the center of Essen primarily supports one of our significant major clients in the day-to-day operations of digital customer service. Here, our service agents primarily handle all inquiries related to the mobile telecommunications industry via chat and email. We are constantly excited about new additions!
Our Founders consist of Ingo Wostbrock (Dipl. Kfm.) and Prof. Dr. Ralf Schengber. The latter is not only the founder of DSaF but also a professor of marketing at FH Münster. His focus areas include online consumer behavior and social media marketing. They are responsible not only for modern and innovative personnel management but also for driving digital transformation both internally and externally.
